We kind of started it yesterday with AIMBOT (Alberta Institute of Mentors & Builders Of Tomorrow) but today we’re starting seven straight days of spotlighting an Edmonton Non-Profit or Charitable Organization. If we missed anyone… we’ll just keep it going until we get them all!
Today, we’re looking at the Alberta Browncoats.
“We Aim To Misbehave”
Technically they’re all over Alberta but the Browncoats are doing an incredible amount of good work here in Edmonton (Yesterday’s Board Game day at Happy Harbor brought in donations for Edmonton’s Food Bank, for example).
They’re most active on Facebook and you can follow along with them as they host various “Shindigs” to raise money for various Edmonton charities like Equality Now and Youth Empowerment Support Services. Got an itch to some good? They’re always welcoming new members….
