Tournament Rules:

Game Mode: Tournament Draft – Teams will flip a coin to determine who gets First Ban/First Pick. We will be using in-game Draft mode. In-game draft mode requires a minimum of 16 champions. If a player does not have 16 champions available they may not participate in the tournament.

Prizing Registration: In order to receive Prizing from RioT you must after registering for the Tournament also register on the League of Legends tournament Page. If you forget or fail to register on the event page then RioT will not be able to give you prizing and you will be inelligible for RioT Prizing, however OverKlocked prizing will still apply. – http://events.na.leagueoflegends.com/events/183337

No Ghosting. This is a Live-Event if people are attempting to get an advantage by having friends/players inform them of the others teams moves/plans the team will be immediately disqualified.

Be Courteous – The tournament Admin reserves the right to eject a player/team if they are being abusive to any other player. We have zero tolerance policy for violence, and verbal abuse ejections will be at the discretion of the tournament admin.

Setting up the Game – Once the Admin has directed you with whom you are supposed to play and assigned you computers to play on you have 10 minutes to create the game lobby and start the match. After the 10 minute mark the admin reserves the right to Disqualify a team if they are still not ready to play. This has to be done to ensure that the tournament runs within it’s set schedule. If a player chooses to bring in his/her own peripherals (mouse/headset) they will not be allotted any more time than another player. However if there is a technical issue with the default OverKlocked computer setup contact the admin immediately so that it can be addressed in a timely manner.

Ban/Pick Rotation:

The Captain of each team will flip a coin/rock paper scissor, the winner decides whether they want first pick or last pick.

In a best of 3 Series, the losing team decides whether they want first pick or last pick.

Streaming:

The Entire event will be live-streamed @ http://www.twitch.tv/okgtv we will also be uploading our VOD’s to our Youtube Channel: http://www.youtube.com/OverKlockedEdmonton

Scheduling:

For this Event we have adopted a new policy of scheduling the tournament. This way everyone who is in the tournament knows what time things are going to be happening. Teams who are not present when they are required for their scheduled match will be disqualified, just as in previous tournaments.

Registration for the tournament Closes @ 12:45 so that the bracket for the tournament can be created. The bracket will be seeded completely randomly.
